Day 3 of Hospice Bike Tour was not at all as we expected. Strong wind, flat tires, technical problems, and a route that seemed endless — it was one of the hardest and most demanding stages of the 2026 edition. Exactly when we thought the hills were over, others appeared one after another.

When we thought that the body was giving up, the desire to do a good deed became stronger than any obstacle. The strength, ambition, and solidarity of the team carried us forward, kilometre after kilometre, for a cause that truly matters — supporting the construction of the future Palliative Care Hospital.

Day 3 confirmed once again that this event is not only a sports challenge, but also an experience of community, resilience, and involvement.

The arrival in Bălți was marked by emotion and relief. The participants were welcomed by the Rebeca-Nord palliative care team from Bălți, the new team supported by Hospices of Hope Moldova.

The evening was reserved for recovery and preparation for the final stage, with thoughts focused on the finish in Chișinău.
