On November 5, we came together for a special evening where art, emotion and solidarity united around a mission that brings us together: supporting free palliative care for adults and children, as well as building the first free palliative care hospital in the Republic of Moldova.

“Chișinău: My Love | Gala for Hope”, organised by Hospices of Hope Moldova and artistically directed by Mihai Țărnă, was more than a charity event. It was an evening dedicated to people, their stories and the power of making a difference together.

The evening also marked the pre-launch reception of the film “Chișinău: My Love”, directed by Mihai Țărnă, bringing a special artistic and emotional dimension to the event. We are grateful to Mihai Țărnă for his vision, dedication and decision to stand alongside our cause, overseeing the entire artistic concept of the evening.

We were honoured by the presence of Her Excellency Fern Horine, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Republic of Moldova, alongside Graham Perolls, Founder of Hospices of Hope, as well as representatives of the public authorities: Vasile Cușca and Anastasia Oceretnîi, State Secretaries at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection; Elena Bivol, State Secretary at the Ministry of Health; Marina Morozova, Member of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova and Vice-Chair of the Committee on Social Protection, Health and Family; Ludmila Adamciuc, Member of Parliament and member of the same Committee; and Alexei Percemlî, Mayor of Bubuieci.

Our heartfelt thanks go to the partners who made this event possible: Huawei, Timbrus, Grand Voyage, Bonjour Café, Cristina Balan, Nestlé Moldova, SADE Moldova, Casa Rinaldi, Protocol.md, Darella, Kasandruta, Safiroti, Nazar Drums and Nicol. Your contribution helped make this evening a reality!

We are also grateful to our media partner, Radio Chișinău.

The evening's atmosphere was enriched by the performances of Dorel Burlacu Band, Sergiu Beznițchi, Tatiana Heghea, Cristina Scarlat, Aliona Triboi, Nicu Țurcanu and Vitalie Todirașcu, who brought heartfelt musical and artistic moments to the stage.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed to the charity auction by offering valuable objects, experiences and works of art: the “M O N A” painting donated by Cristina Balan; the jacket worn by Satoshi at Eurovision 2026; a stay for two at Hotel Royal Evian, offered by Grand Voyage; Olympic memorabilia donated by athletes Anastasia Nichita, Denis Vieru and Adil Osmanov; a pearl necklace offered by Safiroti; a handbag by Kasandruta; the Water Fall Ocean Disc by Nazar Drums; the “Lena” String Art Portrait created by Nicol; the “Ancestral” tableware set offered by Darella; and the “Bouquet of Gerberas” painting created by Elena Bobeico.

We would also like to thank the Hospices of Hope Moldova medical team, our volunteers and everyone who worked behind the scenes, with dedication and care for every detail. Behind every successful moment are people who believe in the same cause.

Hope is built together.

The “Chișinău: My Love | Gala for Hope” evening reminded us that when people come together around a shared mission, they can turn generosity into something truly meaningful.

Thank you for choosing to be part of our story and for helping us build a place where care, dignity and hope will become part of the lives of those who need palliative care.
