Judith, from Spain, decided to join the #DonateMyBirthday campaign, and we are very grateful to her for this extremely kind attention! Judith has been volunteering with us as an EVS, several years ago, but the memories she had within her mission and in Moldova encouraged her to make this noble gesture! Here is the message she wants to share:
“Hello, friends! How many you already know, a few years ago I had the opportunity to volunteer in Moldova, that year changed my life in many aspects.
This is why, this year, for my birthday, I would like to help the non-profit organization that hosted me: Hospices of hope, which makes an immense work improving the quality of life of terminal patients and their relatives in five different districts of Moldova ❤️, offering them free palliative care, training and psychological support.
Thank you very much from all my heart to everyone who can make a small donation, it means the world to me.
As you have to preach with the example, I will be the first to donate ❤️🙌
Thank you! Multumesc!.” – Judith.
You are invited to make a donation on her Facebook Fundraiser:
All funds raised during this campaign will be redirected to supporting palliative care services to people suffering from incurable diseases in the Republic of Moldova. These services are provided in five regions of the country, which are Orhei, Soroca, Ocnita, Cahul and Taraclia, where mobile multidisciplinary palliative care teams are part of the Hospices of Hope Moldova National Network of Palliative Care.
Thank you very much, Judith, for your kind donation! And Happy birthday to you!
